Proposal Development
InfoEd's Proposal Development module is currently being phased in to the research community and can only be used to develop NIH-bound proposals at this time. Researchers will use the Grants.gov web portal to develop other Federal proposals requiring electronic submission through the Grants.gov system. Grants.gov also serves as UConn's contingency mechanism for submitting NIH proposals in the event that the InfoEd system should encounter technical difficulties. In order to use the Grants.gov system, users must first install PureEdge Viewer
