Financial Services (Cash Management Services)

Financial Services is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing and reporting of all cash transactions related to grants and contracts. This includes various forms of invoicing and Federal Cash requests, handling of cash receipts and electronic funds transfers, preparation of periodic financial status and cash position reports for sponsors, maintenance of accounts receivable data and collection activities. Financial Services staff includes the Manager of Financial Services and three Financial Assistants.
